Inclusive design puts people in the centre from the very start of the process, and those fresh, diverse perspectives are the key to true insight. It is a methodology that enables and draws on the full range of human diversity. Most importantly, this means including and learning from people with a range of perspectives. Inclusive design gives us a competitive advantage and ensures that by attending to the needs of the under-represented, forgotten and marginalized customers, we create a steady supply of demand and deliver a product / service experience that responds to the needs of all.

Learn about the inclusive design mindset and inclusive design methods from Netlife’s service designer Pankhuri Jain, with plenty of examples from the real world.

This webinar will be conducted in English, but you can speak Norwegian to Pankhuri! :)
